enCodePlus client, Menifee, CA, recently received the 2020 Best Practices Award from the Inland Empire section of the American Planning Association for the city’s comprehensive development code update. The category recognizes outstanding achievement in the planning field for utilization of a specific planning tool, practice, program, project or process. Using enCodePlus, Menifee created and adopted its first comprehensive zoning, subdivision and grading ordinances, officially known as the Menifee Comprehensive Development Code.
